Displaying Patterns on Screen

How do I quickly display the pattern pieces I want on the screen?
Answer: There are several keyboard shortcuts you can use to speed things up. In many cases, you need to have the piece selected first, (e.g., if you want to see the left front, you must select whichever front you have). The shortcuts are:

f front
c back (because currently b is used for band graphic)
l left
r right
a show both sides (all) of a selected piece again, b is already used
h hide (must click on the piece first, so the program knows which piece to hide)
g show corresponding part of body or of sleeve to whatever is visible on screen
j join/’unjoin’ (a toggle)
s separate/’unseparate’ (a toggle)
 
(Note: If you ‘hide’ all pieces, it is easiest to use the Garment Pieces command in the Display menu to retrieve them)
