Enable Symmetry (Options Menu)

Symmetry allows the selection and movement of garment points to occur in corresponding spots on other pattern pieces. When this is selected (i.e. a check mark appears to the left of the menu item), whatever point movement is made to the left of a garment also occurs to the corresponding point on the right of the garment. This is a great feature that will save you time and energy. No longer do you have to make the left side match the right side. Garment Designer and the Symmetry function will do this for you.
