Full Chest Circumference

When you take your bust measurement, it is important to wear the same type of bra you typically wear with the style of garments you intend to make (women only, of course). Men would measure around the fullest part of their chest.

• Take the measuring tape and place it around the fullest part of the bust.
• Ensure that the tape is parallel to the floor. Don’t pull the tape too tight.
  
• Read and record the measurement.
  
  Refined Fit: Use the Measuring Tip discussed previously and record the Front versus Back measurements. Ensure that the measurements add up to the same total you get with the measuring tape.
