Generate Menu Overview
 
The next menu is the Generate menu. The commands found here allow you to create bit-mapped graphics of your garment pieces, shaping instructions, calculate yarn quantities, pattern layouts and the area of your pattern pieces. In addition you can create and print a project summary report and measurement charts. You will see all eight commands if you are in Knit or Universal mode. If you are in Sew mode, you will only see 5 commands as the Band Pixel-Per-Stitch Graphics, Shaping Instructions and Yarn Calculations commands are not used by sewers.
