New Simple Fit... (Sloper Menu)

When you choose this command, a Sloper dialog window will open and you will see that it will ask for 12 different body measurements. This is the Simple-Fit sloper. Since you chose the New Simple Fit command, you will see that all the measurements are currently blank in this window. They await your input. When you use the Sloper dialog window, the first thing you should do is name the sloper you are about to build. Note that the Sloper Name field is highlighted. Type in the appropriate name. Next, click on the first measurement box, and type in the appropriate measurement. You may 'tab' (using the tab key on the keyboard) to move from measurement to measurement, or use your mouse to click on the next box. Tabbing is the preferred means of moving around the measurement boxes, as it automatically selects all the numbers currently in the box and as soon as you begin to type, they disappear and your new number appears.

The New Simple-Fit sloper will provide you with a sloper that will work for many types of non-structured clothing. If you want better fit, either click on the Switch to Refined Fit button (in the lower right corner of the window) or choose the New Refined Fit... command as discussed next.

Tip:
If you want, you may start with a Standard Size sloper, rename it and change some of the measurements. Save this using the Sloper/Save menu to add it to your Custom Sloper library

Note:
Even Refined-Fit Custom slopers can be used in their simple mode. Choose the Custom sloper, then choose the Sloper/Edit menu to edit the simple measurements.
