Point Selection Actions

Click in the Center of the Garment – This allows you to view all garment points. The points will be hollow (thus appearing white), meaning they are visible but not selected/active. Clicking in the center of a garment allows you to see where all the points are located on a given style.

Click Once on a Point – Clicking once on a point causes it to change from hollow to solid red and changes a visible point to a selected/active point.

Drag + Select - You will click, hold and drag a box to surround all the points you want to become selected/active. These points will become solid red and the segments between given selected points will also become red (thus active). Selecting the two points of one continuous segment selects not only the points but the segment as well.

Shift + Click + Select - If you want to add or subtract given points from a selected group, you can press and hold the Shift key on the keyboard and then continue to add or subtract points as you click on them. This feature provides a quick and easy way of controlling your point/segment selections. It allows you to select points that are not necessarily near each other.

Deselect - This action involves clicking 'away' from the currently selected points in order to turn the selection off. One often needs to deselect points before other points can be selected.

Tip:
Throughout this manual you will see reference to ‘selected’ points. This means points that are ‘solid’ or active.

Remember:
White/hollow points are viewable but not selected/active.
Red/solid points are selected and therefore active.
