Enabled Additions... (Additions Menu)
 
This command lets you selectively turn on or off any addition you have added to your garment. When you select the command, a dialog box appears and in it you will see a list of your additions and check boxes by each item. If there is a check in the box, the addition is enabled and will be visible on the screen. If there is no check, you will not see the addition on the screen, but as soon as you select the addition, it will appear. Garment Designer will remember the setting of each addition, regardless of whether it is enabled for view or not. The advantage of this type of feature is that you do not lose your settings when you temporarily turn off the display of a feature.

Enable Bands   Knit mode

A Note on Additions
The order in which you apply additions has significance. Think this through and experiment. A good example is the case of a center front band in relation to the neckband. Do you want the CF band to go completely to the top, through the neckband, or do you want the neckband to extend completely to the CF? Experiment and enjoy the freedom. You will probably need to use Custom bands to achieve the greatest success.
