Paste (Edit Menu)

Keyboard Shortcut! Ctrl/Cmd + V


The Paste command allows you to bring a text/numbers/images from the clipboard and paste them into whatever graphics program you are currently using.

In Garment Designer, you may:

  • Paste text (numbers) into different boxes/fields in the Sloper, Gauge, and other dialog windows.
  • Paste the graphic image created in Garment Designer and copied to the clipboard, to another program such as Stitch Painter.
  • Paste the schematic created in Garment Designer and copied to the clipboard into a Word Processor or Paint Program.
